Dec 16, 2016

contract-dispute-resolution-and-arbitration

The workshop covers all aspects of dispute resolution under contracts from drafting dispute resolution clauses to the various dispute resolution options. It will explain each method in detail and then compare them with each other to enable you to assess which best suits your contract and your dispute.

There are many different ways of resolving disputes and they can be used together and separately if they are understood and mastered. Understanding how each method of dispute resolution operates and learning of new methods enables parties to choose the right method and then to use them most effectively.
